Terms of Service

The service

Neurogrid matches clients who need GPU time with hosts who provide it, measures usage, and handles payments. Hosts are independent, not our employees or agents.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Keep your login and API keys safe. You're responsible for everything done with them.
• Give accurate information, including payout details.

Clients

• You pay for the GPU time your deployments use, at the rate shown when you book.
• We don't guarantee a host's uptime or speed, or the accuracy of model output.

Hosts

• Only share hardware and an internet connection you have the right to use.
• You earn for time your GPU actually serves deployments, not for being online. Failed or interrupted jobs may earn nothing.
• Payouts are made through Stripe every 15 days once your balance reaches $10, under the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
• You must not inspect, copy, log, or tamper with the workloads you run or the data they process.

Don't use Neurogrid to

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• create malware, spam, or content that exploits or harms children;
• attack, overload, or get around the service's security or billing.

We may suspend accounts that do.

Software

Open-source parts such as nrgrd come with their own licenses. The Neurogrid name, logo and everything else remain ours.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us, or we paid you, in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account for any other reason, we'll pay out the balance you've earned.

Changes

We'll update these terms and their date, and notify account holders of significant changes. Continuing to use Neurogrid means you accept them.
